Ski Ranche Policies

Prior to your arrival, here are our policies and some additional information about the Ski Ranche.

Rental Rates, Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are per night. Prices are subject to change without notice
2. Rental rates are exclusive of the 7% Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST). Non-residents of Canada
may be eligible for a refund of the 7% GST.
3. Two (2) nights non-refundable deposit (secured by credit card) are required at the time of booking.
4. Balance of total is due 30 days prior to arrival.
5. Payment of balance must be made by cash, Visa or Mastercard, Travelers cheques or certified personal cheque.
6. Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, payment in full is due at the time of booking.
7. In case of cancellation, your full payment less the non-refundable two night deposit, will be returned. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance through your travel agent. In the event of cancellation you may be covered under the limits and provisions of the policy

Minimum Stay

A four night minimum stay is required during Christmas-New Years, Teacher's convention and Easter. At all other times a two night minimum stay is required.

Occupancy

A maximum of seven people may stay based on the bed configuration, although six would be more comfortable. Violations by exceeding this number may result in termination of your occupancy with no refund for any unused portion of your stay.

Damage Deposit

A signed damage waiver including a credit card number is required prior to arrival. Guests are to maintain the property in the same condition it was received upon arrival. Any damage or loss of items will be charged to the credit card number on the waiver.

Check-in & Check-out

1. Check-in is after 4:00 PM. If your anticipated arrival time is later than 9:00 PM, please let us know so that arrangements can be made in advance.
2. Check-out is 11:00 AM. It is important that you have vacated the suite by this time in order that housekeeping duties may be completed prior to the arrival of the next guests. If the unit is not vacated by 11:00 AM, a late checkout charge of $50.00 CDN will be assessed to the damage deposit credit card.

Parking

1. Parking is limited to two vehicles parked nose to tail on the right hand side (south side) of the driveway.
2. At no time can the left side (north side) of the driveway be used.
3. There is minimal or no additional parking nearby and it is forbidden to park on the main road (Highline Close). Please keep this in mind if you have any visitors during your stay.

Valuables, Equipment, Personal Belongings

We assume no responsibility for your personal items during your stay at the Ski Ranche.

Smoking

This is a NON-SMOKING property. No exceptions.

Pets

Pets are NOT allowed. No exceptions.
